The artist Wendy van Boxtel strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on this website and
beyond, but will not guarantee its accuracy and reliability and accept no liability (in tort or in contract or otherwise) for any
loss or damages arising from any inaccuracies or omissions.
Under no circumstances shall the artist Wendy van Boxtel be
liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of this websites.
No material contained on this website can be transmitted,modified, distributed, copied, and/or reproduced without the artist
Wendy van Boxtel prior written consent. We reserved the right to take any legal action against any party for any kind of loss
or damages resulting from modifying, distributing, copying, transmitting, and/or reproducing any materials contained within
this website.
Terms for purchasing any works:
1.Wendy van Boxtel will not accept returns for refunds, exchanges or credits. All sales are final. Please make sure that you
have carefully reviewed so that all information is accurate in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, also review your
billing and shipping address, e-mail and phone number.
2. All customers will receive a purchase order confirmation e-mail after the order has been submitted from invoice, processed
and verified by Wendy van Boxtel. We will confirm your contact details in an email and will assume the details are correct if
we don’t hear from you within 4 days.
3. Please allow up to 5 business days for order to be processed and verified, for any artwork a custom crate will need to be
build so please give us upto 10 business days for the artwork to be shipped out (please note that due to Covid-19 pandemic
shipping might be delayed, especially international). We do not ship out on weekend days. If your order has not yet arrived
within the aforementioned guidelines, please do contact us and we will do our best to track your order.
4. We will strive and do our best to reply to your question(s) within 24 hours.
5. We do not accept payments by wire transfers, check or cash, and only accept payment by credit cards.On this website all prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. Prices listed on the website at the time of your order are accepted and
will be honored except if there is a case of error. We make every effort to ensure that all prices listed on the website are
accurate, we can not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to fix any errors. If we discover any error in the
price of any artwork that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as we can and offer you the option to reconfirm or
cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you for 5 business days, we will view the order as cancelled. The price of
products shown on this website does not include shipping, delivery and handling charges, which shall be advised to you in a
seperate invoice, and will be emailed back to you within 2 business days.
If your credit/debit card is not denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD), the final price will be charged in your currency and will be
calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on that day your card issuer processes the
transaction.
The price of the products does not include any applicable taxes or excises (including VAT or sales taxes, if any) under any
applicable laws, you will be liable and shall indemnify us for any taxes payable.
6. We require that your shipping and billing address will match as an additional step to prevent any credit card fraud.
7. We accept any order from almost any country in the world but you can reach us anytime if you have any shipping
problems. Please be aware that most international orders are subjected to the relevant customs duties of that destination
country. Customs fees should be paid before arrival and are additional to shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately all
customs charges are governmental taxes, and we cannot discount or reimburse you for any of these costs.
